my boiler is dripping water from the outside overflow and the pressure is dropping throughout the day how can i fix it ?

the outside o/flow is actually the safety discharge pipe and the reason the pressure is dropping is the safety valve is passing slightly,you'll probably need to have the valve replaced. Also don't have the pressure above 1 bar when you refill the system.
