the program is on 40 cotton and it did a wash then when it was done the prewash light was flashing and still is.because of this no other button is working not even the start button i have tried changing programs but nothing ,also if you turn the dial in between programs it stops and lights up conditioner, the program lights work but because prewash light flashes cant do anything. i can be contacted at tomroberts222@hotmail.com the wasking machine is a beko eco care wma1715s
