I have a pvc door that will now not open it opens at the top but is stuck at the bottom, i think it is the hinges as it seems like it has dropeed slighly due to a gap at the top of the door it is only 4 years old and nhbc have said they can not fix it as it 2 year warranty on doors

your door sounds like it has dropped and needs toeing and heeling which is a way of packing your upvc door bacck into allignment ,so it can carry its own weight.there is an article on how to do this on my site,i hope it helps.sg-home-garden.co.uk

try and lift the door level,then try and open it,if this works you will need to re-pack your door,if you know anyone thats in the window business,then they should be able to do this for you,if not call few a double glazing repair companys in your area and get a few quotes,it shouldnt cost to much.hope this helps
