Hotpoint WM63 Buzzing on program C,D no water going in?

Hotpoint WM63 Buzzing on program C,D no water going in but making buzzing sound. Other programs work fine just want to know if ther could be anything wrong or is the buzzing somthing to do with it waiting to heat the water?

sounds like you hose is kinked or turned off if its left buzzing it will burn out the valve
