my main combi 24 he boiler makes a screeeching sound when the heating comes on why?

the most likly reason is the system was not flushed out corectly when installed which has caused a blockage, but it could also be the pump is running too slow

Sounds like it could be the pump. Is Main the make or the model of the boiler?
