24 CDI Water Problem?

I have a 24 CDI. The hot water is only running luke warm. I have taken off the microswitch on the diverter valve and switched it manually, the boiler fires up as it should and the temp dial is set to max. The heating seems to be working normally Ie. rads are hot.
I think the diverter diaphragm needs replacing also as it is not consistent lately, could it be linked?
Thanks in advance.

this sounds like the diaphragm this job can turn into a nightmare as the whole boiler is held together with o rings and even with an o ring kit which is essential the boiler still leaks good luck

Thanks Lee,
In that case, I'll try the diaphragm first and if it's no better, a valve.

yes poss diaphragm problem, but could also be diverter valve internals are letting-by water down the heating not giving 100% to hot water.
