Hi i have a combi boiler by ferolli, i believe it is model DOMIcompact 24 D.

When i turn the hot water on it starts to heat up then within 30 seconds goes cold. The heating logos flash, then the boiler ignites as it should, then it turns off and error code F2 appears.

If i turn the hot water up error code f5 appears.

Im frozen, if you have any idea please help me!

F2 = Flame present with burner off... boiler thinks it is lit when it shouldnt be. Would be either an electrode fault or "card" (circuit board)

F5 = air pressure switch fails to close within 60sec of turning the fan... basically something wrong with the air flow through the boiler, this may also cause your F2 fault.

The long and short of it is, its not something you can fix your self.
