My boiler lights up usually but more and more it won't reignite,it keeps tripping out.if you take the face off and let air to it it lights up perfect.When trying to ignite the spark is there and 1st 2 bars of gas light but the rest dont catch?Then after 5 attempts it locks out

If it lights happily with combustion cover off, it will be a flue issue (cross leaking or blocked).

Note - you should SO not be removing this cover if you're not Corgi, you've broken the combustion seal and erm.. the law basically.
