pilot light does not light so we've got no heating or water.

Any help appreciated.

Forget the t/couple idea.I was hoping it was the bog standard t/couple version,but if its the fan flued it is looking like the fan/pressure switch..You need someone to call mate as you cant afford to guess a part especially with fans and pcbs as they can be expensive.If it was a t/couple you were talking a fiver for the part.

lights 1 and 2 on the circuit board light. The air pressure sensor and pilot/pcb lights fail. I assume it can't be both components failing so can anyone offer constructive advice?

The t/coupling will need replacing.
