THE TRISTOR IS A THERMAL STORE CYLINDER THESE ARE VERY EFFICIENT HEAT TRANSFER CYLINDERS BECAUSE THE WATER IS STORED IN THE CYLINDER AT A HIGH TEMPERATURE AND AS THE DOMESTIC WATER PASSES THROUGH THE COIL IT TAKES OIN THE HEAT FROM THE STORE IT MAY BE THE POSITION OF THE CYLINDER WITHIN THE HOUSE I AM NOT ABSOLUTELY SURE BUT IF YOU CALL TECHNICAL AT TELFORD COPPER CYLINDERS MON TO FRIDAY 9 - 3 AND ASK FOR TREVOR HE IS VERY HELPFUL AND SHOULD BE ABLE TO ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS.
