im gussing its a combi i which case you will need to repressure the system via the filling loop , silver looking pipe should be near or under boiler 1.5 bar then reset the boiler

you need to know whether you have apressurised system or open vented it sounds like you have lost the pressure in sysyem refill system as will be explained in the user manual the screen will show pressure or there will be a gauge the boiler should now operate
