Not entirely sure what is wrong here but I suggest that you remove the draw completely (you may have to press down the plastic at the back in the middle to allow the draw to come out). Once out you should be able to open up the conditioner bit - there may be a bit that lifts off or hinges open. You will probably find that it is all clogged up with semi solid conditioner. Wash it out to get it really clean then reassemble and hopefully all should be well!
