Water won't pump out?

My Speed Queen Heavy Duty machine has gone through the cycles, but has not pumped out the water. Apparently the level sensor is working because no more water is added, but when the spin cycle is turned on it won't pump out the water that is there.

As it turns out, it was a stretched belt going from the motor to the pump so that the pump was not being driven.
