Since I updated the software, to take in the channel number changes, I have lost The Hits, FTN, TMF & Men and Motors. I have a 2nd box, from the same aerial, and this is OK because I have not updated the software. I have spoken to 'FREEVIEW' and they cannot help - can anyone else?

Using the cable directly from the aerial (without splitters etc) connect to the troublesome box and search for channels as signal losses could be the cause.
