Hi, I have a Suprima 30L boiler and a Boilermate 2000(BM2000) unit. When the the BM2000 is switched on the suprima comes on and the you can see and hear the gas light up through the pilot hole. I spoke to Gledhill technical help who told me after running all diagnostics that the BM2000 storage unit is requesting for heat from the boiler. Could anyone please advice what to do to resolve this.

Also please can anyone direct me to where I can get a free download of the Suprima 30L manuals. G.C No. 4159042.
