Hi! GUys I am using venturer smp3-338 for a time, but other day while copying songs i just unplug it....what i think is happened is it's software is corrupted, now when ever i plug it to my pc I get message that the device is Malfunctioned and windows not recognize it.

Any idea how ti fix it again, and enjoy music.
