I bought a microwave 13 months ago in Homebase and it has worked properly until yesterday evening. The turntable no longer turns, the microwave is clean and it's rarely used. It's a DeLonghi Model No.EM821AAN-X2 and on the Instructions Guide it says Produced for Homebase Limited
