My Bosch classixx 1200 express has stopped spinning,and the water will not drain away?

could be a number of things. if it is well used if could be the brushes on the motor, or a wornout belt.if its not draining aswell it maybe (pcb) printed circuit board related? among other things. more info needed? where it stops in cycle?
