I have an existing radiator running off 8mm flow and return from a combi boiler.(new Baxi 42kw)
Can I remove the existing Rad, and run 2 larger radiators, 21x60 and 21x72 to heat a conservotory 5m x 5m off the 8mm flow and return and get a good heat output

yes you can but 8mm aint big enough you will have to increase to 15mm then run to the room you want it in .first you need to drain the boiler.then run your pipe i use compression fittings myself ,once you fitted rad to wall run pipes to meet it then fill boiler and dont forget to bleed every rad in the house
