Why do my lances not fit my gun any more. The gun is new and so are some of the lances

I am guessing an incompatibility between the NEW gun and ALL of the lances.

One wonders if the lances fit the old gun - I bet they do.

I conclude that the dimensions of the old gun and the new gun may not be the same as one another.

What do they do these guns and lances - when they're working?

Explain: Are we talking pressure washer or a roofers blow torch lances ??? Or it could be Knight with a gun.

Did they fit? and now don't ?
If they didn't fit then perhaps you have the wrong fittings on either lances or the gun.
