All my radiators work upstairs except one. I've tried bleeding, opening the valve on the left and the one on the right. I have looked at the other rads and copied how much the left and right valves are open. But it remains stone cold. When I bleed them only water came out and not air. At one stage the inlet valve appeared to warm up but the radiator did not.
