c only took 12 photos now it tell me system error i now have lost the only photos of my still born grandson i and my grieving daughter we had.What are you gonna do about it has it stats under gAUNTEE FOR 2 YEARS I WOULD APPESIATE YOUR RESPONSE IN THIS MATTER AS I AM ANGRY

A sad story. Sad also that you must take the broken camera back to the people who sold it to you and complain there. There is nobody on this site who owns the warranty on your £25 camera.
