no water getting to combi boiler?

just tried adding water to increase pressure in my combi boiler but no water was coming through help

the filling loop valve has seized up give it a tap to loosen it up you havent said what boiler and type of filling loop you have ie on the pipe work or within the boiler parv parvis41@hotmail.com
