BT black homehub will not work?

How is it that my white Bt homehub works no problems but the new black one does not ,I have a Belkin wireless adapter any ideas

It depends on what you mean by: "my white Bt homehub works no problems but the new black one does not". The rest of the question lead me to believe that is the wireless connection that isn't working.

If that is the case you need to go into the wireless settings of the PC that has the wireless adapter and reset the security from WEP to WPA. When you try to connect you will be asked for the key and you will find in on that little plastic card that you got with the HH.

If you have lost the card (along with the instructions that tell to do the above), the security key is printed on the back of the HH.
