Need to check heater element for a short circuit, or the drive motors, carbon dust could be tracking power is definitely going straight to earth.
Remove the supply leads to the heater element ,try supply if stays ON heater is S/C (replacement needed)
Isolate both motors then one at a time replace the block connection try power to machine, repeat with other motor if power gos out problem is on the last thing that was reconnected check for carbon tracking
