Baxi 105e Combi Boiler once power to boiler switched on green neons light then fuse blows on PCB.

any component that connects to the board could cause fuse to blow, normally the fan would be first in sequence. Id normally disconnect the wires for fan and turn back on and if fuse blows there is your answer, if it doesnt blow disconnect the pump and then gas valve and repeat above sequence.
