central heating not working properly 37/39 degrees on max heat,temp on flow /return at boiler same/radiators 37 degrees

My Worcester 230 combi boiler does not switch off automatically when the temperature is reached
(using a Drayton RF1 wireless thermostat)
Any ideas as how to fix it?
