The Whirlpool AWM 5104 will not do anything except lock and unlock the loading door. It will not pump or rotate the drum, and the timer unit will not rotate. I replaced the door switch without any success. The power light will come on. It will not take in water althoug the valves are ok.The model is 5 yrs old.
Assistance appreciated asp.

check the pump as these things pump out 1st and if blocked or pump failure whole machine will seem dead
