my sky plus remote sound won't operate

Just had a sky+ HD box installed and had my sky+ box moved to another room.
The HD box works fine but the Sky + box has following issues:

1 Signal 1 good and locked ok
Signal 2 keeps changing from locked to not locked

2 When i start to record anything signal strength 1 goes down to about 10% and i cannot watch any other channels as they either have no signal or are breaking up

open your remote and on the lid of the remote there instruction on there but to find out the code you will have to go through to interactive and go to problems wit my remote to find ur code for the make of your telly

press interactive
then number 5
then number 5

then follow the instrutions
