Kenwood Mixer KM201?

When I turn the mixer on, the dough hook go around but will not rotate. The nut will not stay tight where the beaters go in. The mixer is making a clicking sound when turned on.
What part needs to be replaced? Can I do it myself?

your problem is either you have a worn out planet hub there should be sort of a key , otherwise worst of all you have a broken lower part gearbox that is the crown gear in which the gear messes is sheared far lack of grease
