Medion MD7475AC?

Hi,
Can anyone tell me where I'll find a driver for this Medion MD7475AC monitor? I installed SP2 and after the reboot all I had left was 4 colours on my display? I assume the driver was deleted or corrupted during installation. Thanks for taking the time to read this! Any feedback would be great
