Westminster grandfather clock no longer chimes?

left & right weights on my Barwick clock (Westminster chimes) were overwound. 15, 30, 45 & 60 minute chimes no longer working, although the pendulum swings properly & time is kept correctly.
How do I get the chimes to operate again?
The mechanism is No. 150 Westminster chime, Model No. 4872, made by Barwick Clocks.

Your clock may not be over wound. Over time the oil in a clock drys out. The first thing to stop is the quarter hour chimes as it requires the most power. If there is to much dirt build up you will have to have the clock cleaned. If you are lucky you might get away with an oiling. You need a professional to look at it.
