i have a wooden wheel, with 3 spots on it, outside, the wire is weatherprofed, the lights just stoped working, i have changed the fuse, checked the 3 light bulbs, and checked the wire for any holes? it just wont work, plz can you help me, sue

first, make sure the new fuse is good.if all is ok,then there must be a switch between the wheel and the good fuse.
