Pressure increases when heating on?

Pressure increases over 3 Bar and water comes out from over flow which reduces the pressure lower that 1 bar. when heating is not on. Since the pressure is low the boiler does not ignite, and have to increse the pressure. What should be done ?

Pressure vessel is faulty, Might be a cheaper option to fit an independent vessel on the system rather than trying to change the vessel on the boiler.

Thanks for the prompt reply.
I performed the test you mentioned. - by pressing the pin on the valve of pressure vessel only air comes out no water. My Boiler is Ariston Erocombi Sx20.
Please help. thanks

the diaphram in the pressure vessel has gone
so pressure vessel need replacing

to test if this is the case there is a valve on the pressure vessel like on a car tyre when you press on the valve no water should come out just air
but i suspect you will get water
