CD/DVD drawers are stuck?

Both CD/DVD drawers on my PC are stuck closed. How can I get them open? I need to install high speed from dial-up and can't do it until I get the drawers open.

You will find a small hole in the front of the drive. Push a straightend paper clip into the hole and the draws should open.
