I think that you have mistaken what can be done on this site.
Second no one can help with any question unless you say what the PC is.
Finally if a BIOS password has been set, on most PCs, it cannot usually be reset. That is done in order protect stolen machines by denying access to the data on them and rendering them as scrap.
