I have a mono block 1200 watt audiobahn amp i bought new. I put it in my truck and it would not play the music it would just make sine waves. I troubleshot it for a couple of days and the second day it went into protect mode. Can someone help me solve this problem. THank you.

why dont you just return it and say its defective?
otherwise you gotta take it apart and see any obvious damage. requires soldering and a multimeter if damage isn't obvious. if the transformer is bad (big circle wrapped in wire) i wouldnt even bother.
