Hi!

Great Site!. Can you help with the following. We have a zanussi jetsystem 1200 xc. Its probably getting on for 10yrs and has been trouble free until now. The programme usually sticks at 47 min when run on cotton wash 1200 spin, 40degree quick cycle. I have felt the door and the water is warm. I have tried adding water (although washing was wet the drum did not have water in upto the level of the door), no immediate effect. In the end i have just scrolled through the programme pressing buttons until it jogs on. No error code showing. I would be grateful for any advice before we consider replacing.

Sorry for the delay in responding.
When scrolling through the programme, there seems to be nothing unusual until scrolling to the 40degree temp setting when an error message shows E91, otherwise there seems to be no other error messages,

press start pause and skip button in whilst switching the machine 'on' with the on/off button in the fascia.lights will start to go through test program (stepping through one by one).now press the wash program button (nearest program button to the on/off switch.each press will perform a function until possition 9 which should give a fault code in the display.if you get it to display code post in a NEW question on here and I will try advise you.
