Hello, our bush dvd remote no longer works, and I have bought a masterplug tvrc4n universal remote for it. However, the code isn't listed in the operating instructions and we gave up searching manually for it after a l-o-n-g time. Does anyone happen to know a code that may work? TIA

Take it back for a refund as it it not fit for purpose. Then try a different brand.
