UNIDARE - FS24 ?

Hey there my UNIDARE - FS24 will only pump out cold air. We have the timer set right however its blowing out warm/cold air all the time. the three buttons on the top right side are from left to right Boost, room temp, then fan. Please help..... its freezing!!!
