Sounds very much like you have a problem with the cold inlet valve this can be a double or triple valve and if one of the selenoids is duff it can affect the rinse cycle

the handle snapped on my indesit washing machine and the assembly broke away i have new parts but havent got a clue the order of the rotation for the spring please help
