My Zenith color TV has too much blue in the color?

I make attempts to adjust the tint, color brightness and contrast. I get it to look good on one station but when I turn the channel it is messed up again.

You'll need an engineer to rebalance the tube output. He will adjust red, green & blue seperately at low brightness levels and again at high brightness levels, for a perfect grey image over the full brightness range, with color off.

Modern TV's generally auto-balance themselves, correcting color variations due to the tube ageing. However, he can manually adjust the colour balance using service settings on the remote handset or inside the TV.

If the colour balance is out, there's not much you'll be able to do to correct it yourself.
