How can I fix my broken Plantation Shutter?

I have wood plantation shutters throughout my home. Since they came with the home I do not know who made them. My dog has destroyed a number of louvers and tilt rods. These need to be replaced, but the rest of the panel is fine. Is there anybody that can help with info on who can repair this, or how I can do it. Any help would be great ! Thanks....
