I bought a duraband upright vacuum clearner, on the first use, i noticed it was making too much noice, I took it back to the retailer, but they do not have any left in the store to exchange it for me. I do not know how to get to their customer service. Does anyone knows how I can stop the noice?

Many cleaners are noisy some more than others as it depends on the size of the motor. 1000w not so noisy but slack on suction, 1800w noisy but good sucktion in most cleaners.
