how can I fix my sanyo avm-1304u?

when powered up my tv constantly displays the menu rotating through all controls. channels can be changed, volume adjusted but nothing else.Colour, brightness, tint, time etc cannot be adjusted. Can I fix it ?

If you haven't fixed it yet, my tv was doing it and after I unplugged it for 15 minutes, it worked again.
