Two things need to happen for the machine to stop filling at the correct level. First, as water fills the bowl air is pushed up a tube to operate a pressure sensor in the control panel. If air pressure cannot build up in the tube because of an air leak or blockage then it will overfill. Second, once the air pressure is correct & the control module switches power off the inlet valve then the valve must close. Make sure bowl is completely empty, turn power off at wall & open panel. Locate air tube on right. Remove it from the control box & blow down it to clear any possible blockage. Put air tube & clamp back on & close panel. Turn machine on & start filling. Press pause. Water should stop straight away. If it continous to flow then valve is faulty.
