hi i have a sime 80c combi boiler my problem is that when the boiler is on water flows through the release valve and goes out side ihave changed the diaphram and thewater rate adjuster but stillthe same if i turn the cold water feed of for the hot water to my kitchen and bathroom central heating works fine and pressure goes down to normal please please help

no presh valve workin fine but yes it does flow outside when central heating on when feed for hot water to the sink taps is on

is there a fault with the pressure relif valve? is it leaking sometimes or all the time.
