I dropped my ilo mp3 and now the screen works and all but the buttons wont push in enough so they work i have to take the battery out so it will turn off. I really needto figure it out is there anyone i can send it to? I bought it from walmart. 100$ will they give me a new one?

No because you dropped it.That is not covered under the guarantee.You could take it to a place to get it fixed.It sounds to me the buttons have missaligned or a piece of the circuit board is broken.
