GOODMANS LD3261HDFVT WILL NOT COME OFF STANDBY FOR MORE THAN A SECOND?

I HAVE A 15 MOUNTH OLD GOODMANS LCD TV 32" MODEL LD3261HDFVT. THE TV JUST COMES OFF STANDBY FOR AN INSTANT THEN REVERTS TO STANDBY AGAIN. I HAVE ASKED THE QUESTION ON THE GOODMANS WEB SITE BUT RECIEVED NO ANSWER. PLEASE COULD ANYONE HELP OR GIVE ME THE INFORMATION OF A REPAIR AGENT.

common fault is the inverter that is used to spread the backlight for the lcd maybe brocken.repair is under £100 but may happen again.be prepaired to reeplace your tv
