How do i fix my Kenmore Fabric care washing machine?

I have a kenmore 80 heavy duty washer, it sounds like it is washing and spinning but it's not.

Hello,

If it sounds like something grinding during both agitate and spin modes, it could be a broken coupler. You have to open the cabinet to further investigate.
